He has served as the director of the track and field events of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and the 2015 Beijing World Athletics Championships. He has served as the event manager of the IAAF Diamond League in Shanghai for 10 consecutive years. At the same time, he also served as chief judge at the World University Games, Asian Games, Asian Race Walking Championships and National Games. In recent years, he has been the technical representative, race supervisor and race manager of hundreds of road running events nationwide, including Beijing Marathon, Shanghai International Marathon, Xiamen International Marathon, Yangzhou International Half Marathon, Lanzhou International Marathon and other international gold standard events.
Perennially served as the commentary guest of Shanghai Five Star Sports Channel. He has commentated on the Olympic Games, World Athletics Championships, Tokyo Marathon, Boston Marathon, London Marathon, Milan Marathon, Rotterdam Marathon and other major events. He has also commented on sports events and school sports in many media such as People's Daily, Toutiao, The Paper and so on.
