On November 14th, in the swimming competition of the 1st National Youth Games, Zhang Xianya, a student of the School of Public Economics and Administration of our university, a memeber of the swimming team participated in the swimming competition on behalf of the Shanghai University Group. She won the gold medal in the 4*100m medley relay of the women's college students' group A, the silver medal in the 4*100m freestyle relay of the men's and women's college students' group A, the fifth place in the 50-meter freestyle and the eighth place in the 100-meter freestyle of the women's college students' group A!
Under the guidance of Xu Yanjun, a teacher from the Department of Physical Education, Zhang Xianya trained hard for more than 130 days from July to November. In the end, she achieved an impressive result in this competition.
The excellent results of this competition not only affirmed the achievements of Zhang Xianya's personal sports career, but also added honor to the Shanghai and SUFE.
