On November 19, the 2023 IDTA Parinama Dance League, hosted by the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, the Shanghai Municipal Sports Bureau, the Shanghai Student Activity Management Center and Donghua University, was held as scheduled, with more than 10 colleges and universities participating. Under the leadership of Coach Wang Qi, 14 athletes from our school have achieved excellent results, winning 1 gold medal, 4 silver medals, 2 bronze medals, 1 fourth place, 2 fifth places, and 1 sixth place.
Tang Zijie, a player from our school, stood out from many contestants and won the gold medal in single tango.
Our school's players Li Yuxuan & Zhao Ruohan successively won the silver medal in Group A of the standard dance, the highest group of modern dance, and the silver medal in the Vienna waltz in the double event, refreshing the best results of the double modern dance of our school's sports team.
Our athlete Li Yuxuan won the silver medal in the Vienna Waltz in the single event.
In the double individual tango, Mei Shiyu & Shen Xingling won the silver medal, and Luo Bing & Zheng Jingyi won the bronze medal.
Zheng Jingyi, a player from our school, won the bronze medal in the single event of rumba.
