From December 2nd to 5th, the 2023 National Collegiate Chess Championship, hosted by the Chinese University Sports Association and the Chinese Chess Association, and organized by the Shenzhen Chess Association and the Chess Branch of the Chinese University Sports Association, was held in Shenzhen. More than 30 teams from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Fudan University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Zhejiang University, Nankai University and Northwestern Polytechnical University participated in the competition.
Under the guidance of team leader Dong Minkai and coach Du Fuhua, the five members of our school's Chinese chess team played well, and after four days of fierce competition, they won the team championships, men's individual and women's individual championships with an absolute advantage! Ma Huicheng, Zheng Yuhang and He Long won the championship, third and sixth place in the men's individual category. Hang Ning and Shao Ruling Bing won the championship and runner-up in the women's individual group. The team results are calculated according to the individual results of men and women. In the end, 5 members of the team of our school won the team championship with an absolute advantage.
