On December 3, the 2023 Shanghai University President's Cup tennis tournament hosted by the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission and the Shanghai Committee of the China Education Trade Union, and hosted by the Shanghai University Sports Association and Shanghai University, was held in the Xuanlin Tennis Hall of Shanghai University.
In the group stage, the athletes of our school played against Shanghai Lixin Institute of Accounting and Finance in the first game and won the opening with a score of 6:1. Immediately after the match against the defending champion Shanghai Sports University, the scores of the two sides were similar in the early stage, and finally unfortunately lost, and our school advanced to the semi-finals with the second place in the group.
In the third and fourth place competition in the second stage of the competition, the athletes of both sides fought for 12 rounds, and finally lost to the Bank of China team 5:7 and won the fourth place.
