Main Competition Methods
The competition is conducted on a college basis, with scoring based on stationary shooting and running shooting.
(1) Stationary Shooting: After the whistle blows, players stand 5m outside the goal and shoot in place. Scoring is achieved by hitting the marked point. Each team member has 3 chances.
(2) Running Shooting: After the whistle blows, players run from 15m outside the goal to 5m outside the goal to shoot, requiring the shot to be taken while running. Scoring is achieved by hitting the marked point. Each team member has 3 chances.
Scoring Method
Hitting a marked disc in stationary shooting scores 5 points, and hitting a marked disc in running shooting scores 10 points. If a shot is not made after the whistle blows or the ball drops, 0 points are awarded. The final score is calculated based on the average goals scored by the college team.
Note:
(1) Before the competition, the first referee will gather the players from both sides to select the field or the right to serve through a draw. There is a 5-minute warm-up period before each match.
(2) Participants are not allowed to intentionally delay the progress of the game. A player can request a timeout once during a match, not exceeding one minute. The match can only enter the timeout period with the referee's approval. If two players request a timeout simultaneously, a one-minute timeout is given, and both players no longer have the right to request a timeout in that match. After the referee announces the end of the timeout, the game should immediately resume.
