On October 18, the final of the 17th China professional Go Championship came to an end at Yingshi building in Shanghai. Ding Hao, a 2021 freshman in the school of Humanities of our university, beat the world champion Yang Dingxin and won the chess cup with a final score of 2:0. It was worth mentioning that it was the first time that Chinese chess players who was Generation Z won the champion of the ChangQi Cup.
