Under the leadership of Coach Lu Yao, the SUFE rhythmic gymnastics team increased training intensity and density, to prepare for three important events, including the 2022 Shanghai Sunshine Sports League Online Cheerleading Competition, the 17th Shanghai Aerobics Competition, and the 2022 China College Students Health and Vitality Series Competition and China Collegiate Students Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships.

Preparations
In the three events, the SUFE rhythmic gymnastics team sent a total of 19 players (including substitutes). The impact of the epidemic has limited the preparation time for the gymnastics. The cold weather has greatly interfered with the training process of the players. But the players were not discouraged, they cherished every training opportunity and worked hard towards their goals.
During the intense preparations, the players not only familiarized themselves with the details and formations of the prescribed movements, but also learned some new movements. In order to polish the movements, the players actively coordinated time to participate in additional training, recording videos to improve details. It is common to train from six o'clock to ten o'clock at night in the gymnasium.
Competition moments
It was a harsh winter night, and during the recording of the video of the game, the team members in thin performance uniforms felt very cold. However, as soon as they heard the beginning password, they switched to professional status right away. There were also players who were unwell and bleeding from their noses, and they did not improve after they plugged their noses with tissues and insisted on recording the first game video. Therefore, the senior team members came on as substitutes. After a simple familiarization with the position, the video continued to be recorded successfully.
