2022 National Skipping League
The 2022 National Skipping League Online Branch Competition (the Seventh Stop) is a skipping competition jointly sponsored by the Social Sports Guidance Center of the State General Administration of Sports, the National Fitness Activities Promotion and Steering Committee and the National Skipping Promotion Committee. A total of 160 teams from 19 provinces (cities) across the country participated in the competition.
Our skipping team won 6 first places, 6 second places and 3 third places in this competition, all of which won awards and most of them successfully entered the finals of the 2022 National Skipping League.

Preparations
Under the leadership of Cai Yingmin and Coach Liu Dongao, the skipping team of our school has increased the frequency and intensity in daily training. They regarded the competition as a test of training results, actively prepared for this competition, showing the vigorous spirit of SUFE students and adding glory to the school.
With the clear goal, the team members worked hard to polish their projects in training, constantly repeating every simple movement and modifying the arrangement of the formation. The team members who participated in the group competition manifested the spirit of the SUFE skipping team with a uniform skipping rhythm and flexible formation changes.
As the end of the semester approaches, everyone's schedules are getting busier. But all the team members participated in the training and recording of the game. It was cold during the recording of the competition but the players in the stadium were ready to start the game after warming up.
Wonderful moments
Skipping requires not only physical strength but also intelligence and perseverance. We believe that with their love for skipping and their perseverance, the SUFE Skipping Team will continue to work hard in the finals of the National Skipping League and achieve better results!
